As a result of yet another ATP festival cancellation, many of the excellent bands have sadly been left in the lurch. As a result, we are ecstatic to bring Spain’s excellent Betunizer to Worcester! We need your help spreading the word about this very last minute gig in hope of making up for ATP’s screw up. For fans of Q and not U/Fugazi/Shellac…

Betunizer is a band from Valencia (Spain) formed in 2009 by Marcos Junquera, Jose Guerrero and Pablo Peiro. They have released 4 albums and played more than 400 concerts.

From a style that reveals a DNA strongly marked by post-hardcore, punk and noise-rock, mixed with an euphoric groove, voltaic intensity and frenetic rhythm, the Valencian trio have moulded a memorable book of styles incomparable to any other in the world.

They have no problem with enhancing their speech with their influences, and with paying tribute in their songs, but there really isn’t any one like them.

A band with one of the most solid and unique personalities in Spain.

Support comes from the ever-splendid Skewhiff and new band, Black Boxes (ex-Planecrasher/Skinhorse).
